Terms and Conditions : Roadside Stall | Online Shop | Hamper Orders

The following terms and conditions apply to our Roadside Stall and products purchased online via our website shop.tarcoola.au and to Hampers purchased for delivery via our secondary website, tarcoola.au

Purchasing at our Roadside Stall.

We produce quality homemade, small batch products and also source products from local, like-minded growers and makers. To learn more about our property, Tarcoola, and our growing practices – click here
We are proud of our product range and expect our customers will love items they purchase. We accept cash or credit card, via our online shop. Please note, change is not available.

Using our online shop to pay with Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Our websites and online shops – shop.tarcoola.au and tarcoola.au accept credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Each site is protected with an SSL certificate which keeps user data secure.

Your data.

The information you enter into our websites is used solely for payment (at our Roadside Stall or for Online Hamper orders) and for delivery purposes (Online Hamper orders) only. Credit card details are encrypted, personal information is not copied, shared or sold. For our Roadside Stall – your name and email are required by law so that a receipt can be sent to you. The address field has been modified as we don’t require your address, however the state, country and postcode fields remain as we are unable to remove these fields without impacting the functionality of the online checkout of our Roadside Stall.

Roadside Stall Products

When you shop at our Roadside Stall, products become your responsibility once they leave our stall. We have bags and boxes available so you can transport your products safely. We do not offer an exchange or refund for subsequent breakages or damaged goods once they leave our roadside stall. All products in our roadside stall are fresh & of the highest quality. We do not display or sell products that are damaged, faulty, past their use-by date or generally not in a saleable condition. Fresh produce should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Our wildflower posies and growers bunches will generally be ok if they are out of water for a few hours, as long as they are not left in a hot car or in the sun. After this time they will start to deteriorate. Flowers will last longer if they go into fresh water within an hour or two of being purchased. It is advisable to trim stems slightly to ensure water can travel up stems to keep flowers hydrated. Keeping flowers out of droughts, in good light but not full sun, and away from the fruit bowl will help them last longer. Similarly, plants purchased at our Roadside Stall will suffer if left in a hot car or placed in full sun without regular watering until planted.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Tarcoola products, please get in touch straight away by emailing hellotarcoola@gmail.com Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, we will happily work with you to resolve any issues. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind.

Faulty or Damaged Goods.

If you believe a product is faulty, or if you receive broken products via an online hamper order, please contact us straight away. Send an email to hellotarcoola@gmail.com 

Online hampers purchased from tarcoola.au & breakages in transit.

Hampers purchased online and shipped to Eastern Australian states (NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC) with Australia Post are packaged carefully to ensure they are received safely. We choose Australia Post to support our local Post Office, an essential service in a small rural town, and because Australia Post are carbon neutral, and have been since 2019. Should your order arrived damaged we require you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send photos and your order details – your name & address, order number if known and a description of the issue. We do not require you to return products to us.

Online hampers delivered to Clarence Town 2321.

We offer free delivery to our hometown of Clarence Town 2321. Please enter Coupon Code CLARENCETOWN at the checkout to receive free delivery. Hampers delivered personally to Clarence Town are quality checked and packed prior to delivery. We will not send out damaged products, or expired products, or products with short expiry dates. Please ensure all delivery details are included with your order, the correct address is essential, as is access information – particularly for gated rural properties, and the recipients phone number. Whilst we offer free delivery to our town, should we be unable to access the property due to locked gates or dogs, or not be able to leave the hamper safely at the door a re-delivery fee may be charged. Once hampers are left for recipients it is no longer our responsibility should dogs damage boxes, or sun affects contents or any other misfortune happens to hampers. We will always make contact with the recipient first to ensure prompt and safe delivery, and to ensure the recipient receives their hamper in perfect condition. If we are unable to contact the recipient, or make contact with you, we will hold off delivery until we know the delivery process will be without issue.

Hamper Flat Rate Delivery.

Our flat rate delivery to NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD is $15 per location. There may be additional shipping costs if multiple shipping cartons are required. We offer free delivery to our hometown of Clarence Town 2321. Please enter Coupon Code CLARENCETOWN at the checkout to receive free delivery.

Hamper Delivery – Usual Timeframes.

Clarence Town NSW is a rural area, and whilst we ship hampers promptly Monday to Friday, please allow 1-2 days extra for delivery. Depending on the delivery location, hampers may take 3-5 days to arrive. We currently do not offer express shipping, however if you require urgent delivery please contact us hellotarcoola@gmail.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Hampers delivered personally within Clarence Town will usually be delivered on the same day or the next day (Monday to Friday). Shipping notification and Australia Post tracking information will be emailed to you

Shipping Notifications.

Once your hamper order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us, and also tracking information from Australia Post. Should you have any questions about shipping or tracking your order, please get in touch by sending us an email hellotarcoola@gmail.com

Hamper Christmas Delivery.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, hamper orders must be placed early December. Australia Post deadlines for each state and their metropolitan, regional and rural areas will be updated here and also posted on our home page, product pages and social media channels once advised by our local Post Office. Orders received after cut off dates will always be shipped promptly, however delivery prior to Christmas Day can not be guaranteed.

Our Prices.

Prices stated on our websites for our Roadside Stall – shop.tarcoola.au and for Hamper Delivery- tarcoola.au are subject to change without notice. Our Roadside Stall fresh produce prices change from time to time due to seasonal availability and size. Generally produce we grow at tarcoola will be cheaper than produce we source locally. We do our very best to offer low prices for quality produce but reserve the right to change prices when required. Whilst we currently do not foresee changes in our Hamper prices, we reserve the right to change prices if required due to seasonal price changes or sundry item price increases.
